Mark where you land on the continuum. You might be clearly on one side, or somewhere in the middle. There are no scores — just patterns to notice.

For each demand below, the left side represents the unfavourable expression of a demand (problematic) and the right side represents the favourable expression of a demand (good). Mark where your team falls on the continuum.
JOB RESOURCES (What Fuels Motivation)
For each resource below, the left side represents LOW resource (problematic) and the right side represents HIGH resource (good). Mark where your team falls on the continuum.
